We are pleased to ship your items directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on many orders as indicated below. We primarily ship USPS for all orders weighing less than 1 KG (2.2 LBS). We use Fedex or UPS for larger boxes and DHL for international orders depending on the merchandise you ordered. From the Secure Checkout page, you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. If you prefer a faster delivery method, please contact us or call us at 831.624.2100 x250.
To see tracking information regarding your order, go to My Account and login. Open your Order History. Click the symbol of an eye at the right. A detailed page of your order(s) will open. Select the specific order. You will see the tracking information in the comments line so you can track your order. You should also receive an email regarding the tracking info directly from USPS, Fedex or DHL when your order is shipped. If we can help in any way, please contact us.
Free Delivery
Free shipping with USPS Priority Mail is available within the USA on orders of $100 or more, $200 to Canada and Mexico, $300 to Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. For other areas, please contact us.
